Wild Food Foraging in the hedgerows and meadows in Grassington, North Yorkshire. The Grassington House Hotel teams up with Chris Bax as seen on BBC Country File, Blue Peter and ITV. Learn to find, identify & prepare edible plants, seeds, nuts, flowers and fungi.
This fabulous two-day experience includes: Tuesday: Welcome orientation with appetizers in the bar, 3 course dinner. Wednesday: Yorkshire Breakfast, morning and afternoon foraging, Picnic Lunch included, Cooking Master Class using the foraged foods, 3-course dinner featuring the foraged foods. Thursday Morning: Yorkshire breakfast.
