about the quality seasonal food we serve. Libby and Sarah cook, with Bob as the gopher ! We seat 16-18 people maximum in our home.The cost is via a donation of £25 per person. You bring along your own alcoholic drinks.

Claypole, Newark, UK. That’s Amore Italian Family Kitchen: Vegetables Galore. Italy is the best place in the world to be a
vegetable lover! They eat a huge variety of different vegetables and prepare them in an infinite manner of ways. This course will show you a number of ways of cooking, preparing and eating vegetables. They can be baked, pan fried, preserved under oil, BBQ-ed, battered and bread crumbed and more. You will also be shown how to cook and prepare some vegetables that are not used so often in the UK for example, Fennel, Artichokes, Rape Seed Leaves and Endive.
