(Perth) Scottish Game Fair – Food Hall

June 29 – July 1 2012

The Food Hall will be filled with the finest treats and delicious goodies. There will be fresh flavours from loch and glen! Speak to and buy direct from the producer; learn how they create their specialities. The best of Scottish fayre will be on show; with new faces and old favourites be sure to spend time in the Food Hall. There is always lots available to taste and try.

You will find:
FISH, MEAT and GAME – Smoked, Stuffed, Salami and Sausages
DRINK – Flavoured cordials, wines, beers, cider, berry liqueurs
SWEET DELIGHTS – Baking, conserves, chocolates and treats
DAIRY GOODS – Cheeses, butters, ice cream and yoghurts
SOMETHING DIFFERENT – Oils, vinegars, garlic and fresh berries
With nearly 50 different stalls to visit there should be something to tempt you……….

The cookery theatre is part of the Food Hall with demonstrations throughout the three days of the fair. There will be a varied programme of visiting chefs together with the chance to better your butchery skills. The emphasis is on seasonal, fresh produce: to inspire the inner chef! We will welcome back Tom Lewis from Monachyle Mhor and Nichola Fletcher of Fletchers Venison.
