About us

Small groups for learning how to cook Italian dishes and appreciate the culture and traditions behind each of them. Cooking while tasting matching wine and then enjoy the food prepared together at the table like a proper Italian Family!

Every class will give the group the opportunity to tour around Italy and its many culinary traditions and flavours giving an understanding of the origins of the dishes and the ways Italian eat them. We will explore regional food and wine as well as having a good laugh and getting to know new people.

Personal Story

I am Italian, from Tuscany, with a passion to cook which I inherited from my mother who I used to watch cooking while I was doing my homework. In my food you will experience authentic and genuine flavours (we often cook the vegetables and herbs that I grow) and you will discover dishes never encountered before being very regional. None of the dishes are too difficult not to be reproduced at your own home.
My favourite dishes are “agnolotti” (a typical Piedmont filled pasta we all make at Christmas) and “torta di ricotta” which my mother used to make for me at every birthday party.
What I love of Italian food is its seasonality. All dishes are dictated by what you find during the year and I love the fact that still today that is the case.
