Olympic Pop-Up: A Taste of René Redzepi’s Noma at Claridge’s

Twice voted best restaurant in the world at the ‘World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards’ (2010 and 2011), Redzepi has sparked a cultural revolution with his focus on foraging and the reinterpretation of Nordic cuisine.

For ten days this summer, René Redzepi will be creating a five course menu at Claridge’s which will reflect his signature flavours and dishes from Noma, using local, seasonal British ingredients.

“A Taste of Noma at Claridge’s” will be available for both lunch and dinner in Claridge’s Ballroom from 28th July to 6th August 2012, where René Redzepi will be in attendance every day, together with his team of chefs from Noma.

Tickets will go on general sale from Wednesday 9th May but you can benefit from advance reservation access by registering your interest.
The five course menu is priced at £195 per person.
