Twenty-two countries selected from all over the world will compete into the most prestigious pastry contest that brings together the elite in pastry art worldwide.
It has for objectives to show through practical demonstrations all the evolutions and progress made in the pastry trade, promote new ideas in gourmet Pastry and motivate young professionals of the trade.
