We are delighted to announce the involvement of Jimmy Garcia of Southwest Supper Club with ANNEX EAST this summer. Jimmy’s Supper Club will be hosting a number of exclusive fine-dining experiences drawing on the best of British produce, with Jimmy putting his own spin on classic dishes.
After six years catering experience in a twice rosette-winning restaurant, and cooking on private super-yachts, the Southwest Supper Club was born in Jimmy Garcia’s Balham home as an underground pop-up restaurant. Initially cooking for 25 people on his hobs at home, the Southwest Supper Club now pops up in art galleries (such as Arthaus, Hackney), cafés and wine shops across London, providing fine-dining experiences in intimate, but often unfamiliar surroundings. Jimmy often complements his food with other forms of entertainment, ranging from jazz recitals, through wine and beer tastings, to movie nights with films chosen to match the meal.
Jimmy will be bringing the supper club to Stratford from mid-July to celebrate the culinary delights of Great Britain, cooking up the jubilant atmosphere synonymous with summer 2012.
