I’m so pleased to announce that we will host an online Guestaurant Foodie Session with our favourite Italian chef, Enrica Rocca  Sunday, February at 6pm GMT!  To find out your local times please check out this link: http://ow.ly/8JiZN

She will be showing us how to cook Saffron Risotto.  We encourage everyone to cook along with us.  One final thing, if you join on the Google Hangout please share your video otherwise it’s just not as fun.

Ingredients:

  • 320 gr. Carnaroli rice (serves 4)
  • 1 onion finely sliced or chopped
  • Butter
  • 2 glasses dry white wine
  • Veal stock or hot water with 2 chicken cubes
  • Saffron in powder or pistils soaked in a bit of warm water

For the “Mantecatura” at the end

  • Butter
  • Freshly grated 24 months Parmesan cheese
