Canapés

Akara with tomato, red onion and patminger.

Radicchio with crab meat, ginger and coriander.

Starters

Roast duck, orange. Beetroot, radish and cress salad.

Mini pepper soup.

Main course

Nigerian mixed meat stew with sweet potato.

Pan fried Suya chicken thighs with jollof rice.

Sundried tomato, spinach, egusi prawns. with fried plantain.

Dessert

Poached pears in scented honey syrup.

African chocolate cake with raspberry coulis.
