At the Waring House Cookery School you have an opportunity to learn how to cook delicious and practical dishes with a top chef in a fun and social environment. Class sizes are limited, so you’ll get individual attention.

If you’re coming from a distance, you can find lovely accommodations on site at the Waring House Inn, in the heart of beautiful Prince Edward County.

It’s that time of year again, and we are kicking off Maple in the County with a class about all things maple. We will create a 3-course meal including maple vinaigrette, maple and old cheddar grilled cheese, maple-glazed pork tenderloin with sweet potato, and a classic French Canadian dessert, pouding chômeur á l’érable .
