An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned, globally astute industry professional to bring innovative vision and new energy to a role that will see you directing and ensuring the operational success of one of the world’s premier Food & Beverage offerings. With a modern take on a long established industry, this role is responsible for the overall performance of all culinary operations by contributing to the broader F&B strategy and translating this into short and medium term direction, as well as being accountable for meeting financial, compliance and people management objectives.

 

Reporting to our newly appointed Executive General Manager – Food & Beverage, this position will see you take on a hands-on role as a key member of the Senior F&B team. Ideally you will have international experience working with and directing some of the largest, high volume 5 star food operations in the world, with an operational understanding of integrated resorts, large hotel chains or similar business models. With an eye for design and an ability to drive large, diverse teams towards new culinary methodologies and trends in a bid to continually develop and define our brand, you will continually think outside of the box and use your culinary creativity to build credibility.
